another reason to love wikipedia...

So, I was listening to some VH on my iTunes here at work, and went to check on rumors that the reunion tour with Dave is back on.

That started at the wikipedia page for VH, which then led me to click on the article on Eddie's "Brown Sound", the way old VH guitar parts sounded.

At the top of that article, it had some disambiguity language --
"For the defecation-inducing sound, see Brown note"

So OF COURSE I had to look....and now, so must you....

I looked that up on UrbanDictionary...which is like my best friend...and that is truly disgusting!

No such thing. Not that I needed the proof, but MythBusters put that one to rest.

Bart is right. I saw that one too.

I just find it hysterical that such an urban legend is worthy of inclusion in the wikipedia!

I wonder if an opera singer could shatter glass contact lenses in one's eyes....

Well, also on Mythbusters, they shattered a wine glass solely with the power of the human voice (no sound reinforcement amplification). Took them like twenty tries with a trained singer hitting the resonant frequency but they did do it.

You'd have to get right in a persons face to do it, though. Who's gonna let someone sing like that right at your eye?

Beware...Mythbusters addicts!
